I must say I'm delighted with the service provided by MIECCTV. Recently I arranged support for remote monitoring, and, being a bit of a techno-phobe, hoped that the whole process wouldn't be too painful!
Well, I needn't have worried because the guy was great, and very patient (he needed to be!). Apart from a couple of glitches, on my side, everything went to plan.
